China Transcript and Diploma Verification Reports Required
FCE requires applicants who have completed education in China to have their official academic records verified by the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CSSD) or the China Academic Degree and Graduate Information Center (CDGDC). You may submit either CSSD or CDGDC reports, whichever you choose. Information on what to submit from each organization is below.
IMPORTANT: In addition to the English-language verification reports, please submit official transcripts, Graduation Diplomas and Degree Certificates (Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc.) in both Chinese and in English. These documents may be sent to us by post or brought in-person to our office on Market Blvd. Please submit an official English translation for all documents issued in Chinese; notarized translations are not acceptable.
ALTERNATELY: Students from China can provide their pre-verified credentials through Digitary at www.digitary.net/users.

If you have completed postsecondary or university study please make arrangements to have the following issued through CSSD and sent directly to carolyn_christie@fceatlanta.com in English.

If you have completed a degree program, please make arrangements to have the following verified by CDGDC and sent in English directly to the FCE office by post or courier service at:

Special Information for Students from West Africa
Students from countries in West Africa under the jurisdiction of the West African Examinations Council, including Nigeria, Liberia, the Gambia, Ghana, and Sierra Leone will need to provide their West African Senior School Certificate and also a Scratch Card which can be obtained by contacting www.waecdirect.org. Prior to issuing an evaluation, FCE must receive the serial number and PIN number of the scratch card from the applicant.
Nigerian students who tested with the National Examinations Council can obtain a Scratch Card by contacting www.mynecoresults.com.
